What I have learnt during my teaching career is this: an authentic experience provides an emotional hook that fosters deep understanding and meaningful learning. 

In my classes I strive to create a friendly and welcoming learning environment, where everyone’s personality and background are part of the experience. Wine can sometimes feel intimidating or overly complex, but it doesn’t have to be. My aim is to infuse tasting with joy and enjoyment, approachability and a touch of Italian authenticity, making each experience fun and enriching.
